What our path together might look like…

Whether you or a loved one is facing a new diagnosis, navigating end of life decisions, or journeying through grief, you don’t have to travel the path alone.

Step 1

Consultation

You reach out to me for a free listening session to share your situation and see how I might be able to support you and your loved ones.

Step 2

Make a Plan

Together, we design a plan that supports you and your family. The time we share together will reflect your priorities and might include end of life discussions and education, life reflection, assistance with advanced care planning, companionship and emotional support, and if desired, creation of legacy projects and/or life celebrations.

Step 3

Vigil Plan

I walk with you and your family as your illness progresses and you move into active dying. During this time, we create a vigil plan that ensures your comfort and wishes are understood by all your loved ones. Our time together might include gentle massage, visualization, sitting by your bedside, and emotionally supporting loved ones as they process and be present for you.

Step 4

After Death Care

If desired and planned for, I will assist your loved ones with any rituals you may wish for, such as washing your body, using essential oils, and reading of prayers or poems. If you wish, I will provide information regarding cremation, green burial and other options, and help organize funeral or celebration events.

Step 5

Grief Support for Family

Grief is a natural part of illness and the end of life journey. During our time together, this topic will weave itself into many conversations. I am also available to meet with any family members to help them navigate role changes, adjustments, and process the rollercoaster of emotions that often accompanies the death of a loved one.

Even when life gets harsh and thorny, we have the strength and resilience to bloom.
