Types of Support Services

End-of-Life Doula Support

End-of-Life Doula support is non-medical care tailored to each person’s unique journey. It may involve providing emotional and spiritual care, listening and companionship, end of life discussions and planning, vigil sitting, caregiver respite, and healthcare advocacy.

Support for Children and Youth

This support may include end of life discussions with young family members around illness, death, and grief. It can be tailored to fit each unique situation and may involve play, creative arts, and writing activities.

Grief Support Services

This support can be individual, with a family, in a group, or at a retreat or event. Grief comes in many forms. I am here to support both anticipatory grief, prior to one’s own or a loved one’s death, as well as the journey one takes to adapt and navigate a loved one’s absence.

Legacy Projects and Celebrations

This support might include helping an individual or family build a legacy through activities such as a life review, a memory jar, an ethical will, letter writing projects, or planning an event that might bring joy, healing, and celebration to one’s end of life experience.
